At MIREVA, we’re committed to offering high-quality products and a smooth, confident shopping experience. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


📦 Shipping

  • We offer free tracked delivery on all orders.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Please note: Our products ship directly from our fulfilment partners in Asia, which may cause slight delays during high-demand periods.


🔁 Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Conditions:

  • All items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging

  • Brushes must be clean and show no signs of excessive wear or misuse

  • Mystery items and free gifts are non-returnable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility


📨 How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@mireva.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo (if item is damaged or faulty)

  • Your full name and shipping address

We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Please do not return items to the sender’s address.

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of damage, use, or improper handling.


❌ Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order, as our system processes dispatch quickly.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You’ll need to wait for the order to arrive and request a return.


💳 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • All return shipments must be sent to our processing centre in Asia

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs

  • For faster processing, we recommend sending us a tracking number once the return is shipped
